Workout fruit diet three days and note the difference

Fruit diet is very simple, especially for people who love the consumption of fruit always and ends this diet after only three days, but you can repeat it every week, for example.
- in the first day:
Eat apples and water in unlimited amounts.
- in the next day:
Eat orange and water only in unlimited amounts as well.
- On the third day:
Eat kiwi and water in unlimited amounts as well.
