If the distinguished secretariat of the Synod has given one example - appendicitis - to cases requiring urgent surgery, there are also many cases requiring rapid surgical intervention. These are so-called acute abdominal surgery.
There are also other cases that require urgent surgical work such as:
1 - severe narrowing in the trunk of the left artery, which feeds most of the heart muscle, and therefore blockage may lead to destruction.
2 - intra-abdominal bleeding caused by trauma such as splenectomy or liver rupture.
3 - rupture of the aortic artery in the chest trauma, and other examples that can not be mentioned.
