Conditions required before practicing medical work in Islamic jurisprudence:
1. The applicant must be qualified to carry out this work.
2. The motive for the medical work on the patient's body is to treat and remove the illness from it, or at least to reduce it.
3. The medical operator has been authorized in his / her initiation.
This authorization may be from the patient, whether explicitly or by means of an oral or written communication, or by means of a reference, when it indicates permission to engage in medical work.
The permission of the patient is required to be of reasonable age.
The permission of the patient's guardian may be the permission of the father for his minor or guardian son, or if the patient's condition does not enable him to be authorized. In such cases, the guardian gives permission in his or her place.
