The State's Rankings in Islam:
The children are given to the parents (they said: the infamy of the girl is given to paternity).
Then the father, the most powerful state of the mother. And the father is the ancestor and the father.
Then brothers brothers, then the brothers to the father,
Then sons of brothers brothers, and then the sons of the brothers to the father,
Then the uncles brothers,
But what if the children differed among themselves?
What if the person had sons of two or more wives and disagreed with each other about accepting or refusing the surgery?
The patient may refuse the operation at a time when his children insist on conducting it. There is no lesson to the consent of the parents when the patient refuses the wise mind.
But there are cases in which it is difficult to obtain the permission of the patient or his guardian, and these cases can not wait, since it may result in the loss of the patient's life, or to one of its members, or causing serious damage to it, is it permissible in such cases to direct treatment without permission?
