The kidney:
When examining a slice of a median longitudinal section of the kidney, it is composed of two main parts: Cortex and Medulla. The kidneys are surrounded by a fibrous capsule containing lipid tissue. The two sections contain uniniferous tubules. Proximal convoluted tubules are more numerous than others and have a relatively small cavity consisting of short vertical cells (or large cubic cubes).
Distal convoluted tubules are less than dendritic, with a larger cavity and smaller cubic cells. Are located in areas that are somewhat distant from the renal particles with other longitudinal and transverse particles. These are the upper parts of the Collecting tubules. Their cavity is clear and their cubic cells are lightly painted and their borders are clearly marked with dark-colored spherical nuclei.
Medulla:
When examining part of the pulp area, the sections of the nubat al-Nubat mentioned above form a large part of the pulp. In this region, too, there are numerous cross-sectional sections of the narrow and narrow sections of the Henles loop.
Sections of the narrow descending segment of the thick ascendant of the Henley family can be distinguished by the fact that the epithelial tissue cells in the narrow descending segment are of the flat platonic type, whereas the thick upward cells are of the simple cubic type, which is similar to the distal twisted tubular cells.
