Ureter.. Mucosa. Muscle layer. Prune layer

The ureter:
When examining a cross section of the ureter we find that it consists of three layers are as follows from inside out: -
1. Mucosa mucosa
It consists of an epithelial lining made up of transitional tissue, followed by a thick lamina propria consisting of dense connective tissue in the proximal area of the epithelial tissue and relatively perpendicular to the muscle area.
2 - muscle layer Muscularis
It consists of two layers of smooth muscle cells internal longitudinal arrangement and external circular arrangement.
3- Adventistia
Composed of a fibrous fibrous connective tissue that contains a large number of fat cells, blood vessels and nerves.
