Cleft lip and palate:
Embryonic Introduction:
The frontal process gives the nasal protozoan, and every nasal prolapse gives an angular cantilever and a savage growth.
The anusian processes combine to form the middle section of the upper lip, and the lateral extinction gives the wing of the nose. The middle section (the anesian processes) is blended with the upper jaw bud to form the rest of the lip.
* Pathogenesis:
* The failure of fusion of the nasal nasal processes leads to an average incision (the lip of the rabbit).
* Failure of the upper jaw process with the nasal nasal process leads to a lateral flap (unilateral or bilateral).
* Lip incision may also occur due to the failure of medium vein tissue to penetrate and fill the human meridians.
* The lower lip incision occurs due to the failure of the lower jaw.
* Causes of docking failure:
* Hereditary: often (defect on area 1 of tape 9 on chromosome X - - X19)
* Environmental:
- Food disorders (deficiency or increase of vitamin A because it affects the growth of skin covered).
Corticosteroids (inhibitors of growth and immunity).
- Infections (German measles).
Alcohol (reduces the amount of fetal blood).
- Stress and psychological stress.
Other factors:
- Poor blood circulation.
- Tongue pressure (if the size of a large pressure on the lip during the fusion of the buds and prevent the complete docking between them).
- The lip is either full or nasal, and may be accompanied by a partial or full incision in the palate.
- The lip often affects the upper lip and rarely infects the lower lip.
