Reasons:
* Deficient growth of palatine spasms.
* Increase the size of the tongue and fill the gap between the palms and palate ï prevent the docking between them.
* The facilities of several diseases (congenital heart disease - adhesion of the fingers ... / which is one of the symptoms of these diseases).
