Circumcision Surgery.. The difference of jurisprudential doctrines about the obligation between males and females

The scholars differed regarding the ruling on circumcision according to the words:
- The duty of male and female (Shaafa'is and Hanbalis).
- Year for male and female (Hanafi and Malik).
- A duty for males honored for females (a novel about Ahmed, and some Malikiyah, and virtual).
