Birth surgery.. Cesarean section in the case of uterine rupture. Extraction of the fetus after the death of his mother before his death in order to preserve his life or to be ectopic in the ovarian canal

The condition of obstetric surgery is not without two conditions:
The first is to be necessary, a situation in which the life of the mother, her fetus or both is feared, for example:
- Abortion pregnancy surgery: The fetus is formed outside the uterus in the ovary channel, and this place where the fetus is impossible to stay alive, and often explodes and becomes the mother at risk, which means the need for surgery and extraction before the explosion to save the life of the mother.
- Surgery of fetal extraction after the death of his mother before his death in order to preserve his life.
- Cesarean section in the case of uterine rupture.
This type of surgery is a project to save the soul and within the whole meaning of the verse:  I dream of reviving it, as if all of the people lived, but Ibn Hazm considered this type of surgery to be obligatory on the doctor. He said: "If a pregnant woman dies and the child is moving, Her stomach is long and the child comes out because Allaah says: "I dream that I will live it, as if all people have lived, and whoever deliberately leaves him until he dies, he is a murderer."
The second case is that it is necessary for the doctors to perform the surgery because of the inability to give birth naturally and to cause damage to such a degree that it does not reach the level of fear for the fetus or his mother. The most famous example is cesarean section in fear of harm to the mother or fetus Or both together if the baby is born in the usual way because of the obstacles to such damage as narrowing the bones of the pelvis or deformation or injury to some arthritic lesions so that the joints of the pelvis can not be stretched.
The need for this kind of surgery is judged by the doctors' assessment. The request of the woman or her husband is not a justification for doing this type of surgery in order to eliminate the pain of natural childbirth.
The doctor must comply with the requirement of the need, and consider the situation of women and their ability to withstand the hardship of natural birth as well as the consideration of the consequences that included excessive damage to the usual in women and reached a place that requires embarrassment and hardship to women or most likely to cause In the event of harm to the fetus, then he may revert to surgery and do so on the condition that there is no alternative through which the damage can be paid and removed.
