Turner syndrome
This condition is an infertility and deformity of the gonads. This syndrome arises from the absence of a chromosome of the fetus. It is a pair of chromosome 23, rather than XX. Thus, the total number of cell chromosomes is 45 instead of 46 in normal cases. The absence of a sex chromosome occurs as a result of the failure of the sex chromosome split during the split. The disease affects the females by 1: 5000, or one in every 5,000 normal births, and has nothing to do with the mother's age at conception.
