Important Note: Before you begin any type of programs and exercise are advised to visit the doctor for a full medical examination. This is especially important if you suffer from diabetes complications. Start a workout gradually. Start with five to ten minutes a day then increase it even up to 30 minutes or more a day if appropriate.
