Turner's syndrome:
This syndrome spreads in females by 1/2500, where about 80% of the cases have 45 chromosomes with an abnormal XO chromosome. In these cases, the thrombocytopenia is a negative chromatin and it is assumed that the incomplete chromosome is lost before or during fertilization.
The rate of (45) increases in the mother's younger breeds.
Most of the remaining 20% are chromatin positive, some have 46 chromosomes but there is a partial absence of the X chromosome.
Some cases show changes in pigments in various forms such as: XX / XO or XXX / XO.
Clinical manifestations:
- The neck of the wing.
- The edge of the back hair line is low.
- Alopecia in the front side of the scalp.
- The mouth of the triangle shape.
- Short stature.
- Increase the load angle in the facility.
- Nail abnormalities.
- Retardation.
