Nonan's syndrome.. Lack of pubic hair and chin. Pulmonary vessel constriction. Non-descending testicle. The hairline is low behind the scalp and the hair is rough, dull and wrinkled

Nonan's syndrome:
This syndrome occurs when both males and females. This formality is similar to Turner syndrome, and is considered by others to be Nonan's syndrome is the Turner syndrome of the male type, but the normal chromosome is XX46 or 46XY. Most cases are individual but caustic self-inheritance may occur.
Nunan syndrome is more common in males.
Clinical manifestations:
The manifestations show a distinctive association of the syndrome with different symptoms such as:
- The widening of the joints, the dangling of the eyelid folds above the temples. Short chin.
- Short stature and short and broad neck may be structural and structural malformations.
- A low hairline in the back of the scalp and the hair is coarse, pale and wrinkled.
- The increase of Mongolian hair (dowry) may occur in the cheeks and shoulders.

- Cardiac abnormalities such as pulmonary embolism are often present.
- IQ may be normal but show a degree of mental retardation.
- In 70% of males the testis is non-descending.
- Lymphatic edema in the feet and legs are common and more severe than Turner syndrome.

Differential diagnosis:
Turner syndrome:
- Absence of constriction of aortic isthmus and its prevalence in males.
- Unlike Turner, stature and infertility are not fixed manifestations.
Diagnosis:
Noonan's syndrome should be expected in all patients similar to Turner's syndrome:
- If the length is normal.
- Mental retardation, deformities and heart palsy or with a normal function of the testicle.
