Arab Center for Genetic Studies in the UAE:
The Center developed the database on genetic disorders in the Arab world known as CTGA.
Since then, the database has expanded to include more than 900 genetic diseases that have been described in the Arab peoples.
Although efforts are focused on the reality of genetic diseases in the United Arab Emirates, the CTGA database also contains detailed information on some genetic diseases in other Arab countries.
The Center also organizes courses, workshops and conferences, and produces and prepares studies and reports in the field of genetic studies.
