Shura as one of the pillars of the Islamic political system:
Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): "By the mercy of Allah, we will not let them, even if you are rude, with a strong heart, to disperse those around you."
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) consulted with his companions before taking serious decisions even with those who disagreed with him. Thus, the Islamic state followed the principles laid down by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) until the reign of King Abdul Aziz, may Allah have mercy on him. Is still present in the Shoura Council.
