There are several ways to use essential oils:
- Massage is a known method for certain places or for the body as a whole. It is best to shower before the massage process so that the body can absorb the oils better. Five drops of essential oils can be used with 10 mm of any other oil such as almond oil. In the case of sensitive skin, Jojoba Oil can be used. Do not use oil over inflamed or burned skin.
- Adding aromatic oils to the bathtub is a good way to enjoy. Five drops of essential oil can be added immediately before entering the bathtub. The water should be warm and not warm so as not to cause the oil to volatilize. Then it is relaxed for 15 minutes or more with deep breathing for inhalation perfumes.
