Pancuronium:
A competitive muscle relaxant, also known as muscular dystrophy, which competes with acetylcholine on the sites of cholinergic receptors in the neuromuscular junction.
Pancoronium is used for long-term mechanical ventilation and long-term mechanical ventilation in intensive care units. It has a long duration of effect. It is not an irritant to malignant hyperthermia. It has no sedative or sedative effects, and some state effects may occur. The effect of pancoronium can be counteracted with anticholinergic agents such as neostigmine.
