Is the doctor sinning to leave the patient insisting on his opinion not to treat the duty?
The scholars have two things:
The first is that he does not have any sin if the patient or his guardian is exposed to the danger of non-treatment and the consequences thereof.
Secondly, it is necessary to inform the governor (the authority) and that the sin does not rise as soon as the statement of the patient.
If informing the authorities is possible and easy to do, the communication is mandatory.
But if that is difficult, Allaah does not cost a soul except in its capacity, and perhaps in the statement of the seriousness of the matter to the patient or to his guardian, for the sake of embarrassment and sin.
