Identification of primitives.. the shape. Cellular wall. the movement. Wats. Slide

The primitives can be identified and classified by:
A shape: It has three forms (spherical spherical spiral).
B Cell wall: In real bacteria, a gram dye is used to differentiate between bacteria depending on the structure of the wall.
* Its wall bacteria contains:
- A large amount of peptidoglycan (positive gram) takes the blue (scarlet) color.
- Few peptidoglycans + greasy layer (negative gram) take red (pink).
C Movement:
Some moving:
- Wattens: (in the form of threads in the primitives and in the form of tubes in the real).
- Slide: (above the mucous layer that secrete).
