Fish.. Low level of saturated fat and high levels of fatty acids. Avoid frying and cooking or roasting

All types of fish are beneficial to health because the level of saturated fat is low. It is best to avoid frying and just cooking or coloring.
Oily fish such as tuna, anchovies, salmon and sardines are excellent for health because they contain high levels of essential fatty acids. There is nothing wrong with eating canned or chilled fish, but the fresh ones remain the best choice.
