Effect of lipid particles in the absorption of drugs .. Double or multi-layer vesicles containing phosphoric and cholesterol-bound water

Liposomes:
Lipid particles consist of double or multilayered vesicles containing phospholipids and cholesterol aqueous compartment. The drugs are entrapped in lipid particles and released to absorb from the surface of the intestinal membrane. These forms of dermatitis received considerable attention in the 1970s and 1980s, and many animal studies have demonstrated the potential for enhanced absorption. On the other hand, the lack of influence in other studies and stability problems also led to decreased interest in lipid particles as absorption stimuli.
