A patient is diagnosed with bleeding after a mastectomy or when a needle is given during treatment or when a blood sample is drawn from it. Then bleeding occurs under the skin, and can be identified through blue spots, and the length of bleeding and does not stop as happens when newborns. The cases that are discovered later, are mostly by observing the swelling of the joints due to accumulation of blood, which causes a motor disability without treatment. All these indications point in most of the times that this man may suffer from this disease, and IVD canned to confirm this and to determine the percentage factor that helps clotting. The time and the lack of family accustomed to this disease affects the disease on them, perhaps makes them afraid that they caught the injured child or deal with him for fear of harm, and there are some families are unable to accept and understand such situations, but awareness and education, and faith can solve these problems. Over the past 50 years, several types of medical treatment have been discovered to control hemophilia and prophylaxis to reduce the inheritance of the disease. Unfortunately, for reasons of material and technology, it is not is the best case in Palestine, to the Palestinian Society for the diseases of bleeding improved patient conditions over the past years in terms of providing medicines for cases of incurable, translation and dissemination of some information in Arabic, participate in international seminars, and making a donation and awareness campaigns. How can Palestine or any other country reduce the suffering of their patients and progress to the level enjoyed by patients in developed countries?
