Deaths and morbidity due to food allergy.. Allergy to peanuts, some nuts, fish, eggs, milk, oysters, some fruits and some vegetables

The number of deaths from food allergies are low, where they usually result from hypersensitivity (allergic shock) such as hypersensitivity to Peanut (almonds) and some nuts, fish, eggs, milk, oysters, some fruits and some vegetables.
Therefore, the emergence of hypersensitivity of any type of food is a sure and direct reason to prevent eating this food for life, which prevents the intake of this food permanently.
As for the disease, avoid eating some common foods cause restriction of the life of the patient so should not be directed to avoid any type of food unless there is a definitive confirmation of allergies so as not to avoid the patient food is not sensitive to it.
