Chellitis granulomatosa.. Swelling and redness of the mucous with atrophy in the papillae. Paralysis of my face with the softness of the mouth joint on one side

Chellitis granulomatosa:
** unknown reason.
 ** Simulates sudden swollen, urinary (no hyperplasia) diffuse and painless.
 ** Often affects the upper lip or lips together.
 ** In most cases, oral mucositis occurs (in adenomatous lipitis, only in the lip) where the mucous becomes swollen and inflamed, with atrophy in the papillae.
 ** Microscopic:
 * Chronic inflammatory perfusion.
 * Granules of granular tissue containing lymphocytes - compost - tissue - antigen - skin-shaped cells (large macrophages that change their shape to resemble human cells) without cheesy death and thus distinct from the microscopic appearance of tuberculosis.
 These manifestations resemble Sarcoidosis.
 * Pelvic lipitis is a symptom of the Melkerson-rosenthal syndrome, which includes:
 * Pelvic lipitis.
 * Cracked tongue.
 * Facial paralysis (where the mouth joint relaxes on one side).
