Chellitis glandularis.. inflammation of the salivary glands. Closure of oral salivary gland. Inflammation, expansion and redness of the hollow canal nozzles

Chellitis glandularis:
 ** Chronic inflammation of the salivary glands.
 ** The lower lip often affects with possibility of upper injury as well.
 ** Infects adult males often.
 ** Caused by unknown but can be attributed to several factors:
 * Genetic and family factors.
 Smoking.
 Chronic exposure to sunlight (which can lead to the closure of the oral salivary glands and thus congestion in these glands leads to inflammation).
 * Wind and dust.
 * Allergic factors (often immune).
 * Emotional disorders (especially females on February 14).
 ** This disorder is characterized by:
 * The lip is inflated, stiff, bulging outward.
 Inflammation, expansion and redness of the hollow canal nozzles of the glands (red spots are seen on the lip) with mucous discharge.
 * Acute nodules in the lip caused by the enlargement of the salivary glands of the oral result of congestion.
Types:
 * Simple mode: the most common. Demonstrates in the form of small, multiple lesions, painless and non-cruel.
 * Superficial surface staining pattern: simulates a severe swelling, painless with deep and shallow ulcers (Baelz disease)
- The inflammation is more severe than the simple pattern.
 * Deep purulent pattern: It is characterized by deep infections with the formation of abscesses, hemorrhoids and scars, painful infections.
 ** Microscopic:
Hyperplasia in the oral salivary glands (this is the cause of hardness in the infected lip)
Chronic inflammatory infiltration under the skin.
Note: Inflammation is the cause of hyperplasia in salivary glands.
Treatment: There is no specific treatment, but it is recommended to remove the injured part, because it may turn into cancer of the thorny cells (the result of repeated healing and injury).
