Angiography.. The sympathetic blockage resulting from spinal or epidural anesthesia may cause hypotension

A sympathetic blockage resulting from spinal or epidural anesthesia may cause hypotension.
The management of such a deficiency is done by giving venous solutions (usually preventive), oxygen, raising the legs and giving a pressure booster such as ephedrine.
In addition to vasoconstriction, ephedrine also causes an increase in the speed of the heart and may therefore be associated with slow heart failure (but atropine sulfate is used to reflect permanent heart failure).
