Eye toxins can be divided into sections according to the affected part:
Corrosive toxins: acids, bases, organic solvents, soap, war gases and tears.
2 - the poison of the eye and eyelids:
Such as morphine and organophosphorus pesticides that cause constriction of the pupil while atropine and heosyamine work to expand them, acids, bases, bredin, ammonia and sulfur dioxide cause inflammation in the iris.
3. Lens toxins: such as dichlorophenol (2,4 Dinitrophenol), cortisol, chlorpromazine and Busulfan, affect eye transparency. Cataract causes white water in the eye.
4. Retinal toxins such as chloroquine, phytoutiazine, indomethacin, oxygen, methanol, marijuana, sulfur dioxide, thallium, pentavalent arsenic, and hallucinogenic compounds cause retinal damage to the eye, leading to blindness.
