The fuqaha 'see that human cloning is not permissible according to sharee'ah, and they have the following evidence:
1- It applies to cloning that it is a change to the creation of Allaah and to change the creation of Allaah is haraam. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): "If they call without Him except females, Allaah has created a mahram because it is what the Shaytaan commands, and he does not enjoin anything but felony and sin.
2 - The attempt to generate the transcribed in this way is an attempt by humans to create like the creation of God. And try such an injustice and any injustice, because it does not fall only those who can not God Almighty the right amount of income under the words of the Prophet peace be upon him: The Almighty said: The darkest who went to create my creation, they create an atom, or to create a rite.
3 - It is opposed to the verses that mentioned the reproduction of male and female as the method of human reproduction, towards the words of God: "God made you from yourselves husbands and made you from your husbands sons and grandchildren."
