Abortion in Bulgaria .. When necessary medical and to maintain the health of the mother at any stage of pregnancy

The Bulgarian legislator has authorized abortion at the request of the person concerned within 12 weeks of pregnancy or if medical necessity is required to protect the mother's health at any stage of pregnancy.
