Ototidosis.. Biotin-based carboxylate. Exochemic rush around the mouth and zinc deficiency rash. Spastic rash on both vertebrae and armpit

Biotinidase defficiency:
Biotin-based carboxylate appears to be important for the formation of a normal immune function.
Clinical manifestations:
- Scaly puffy rash appears on the palms and the emotional surfaces and the two axes and armpits.
- The eczema around the mouth is often confused with the diagnosis of zinc deficiency rash.
- Alopecia of diffuse type and there may be a general alopecia.
Candida is often isolated from the rash.
- Immunodeficiency, especially absence of delayed skin hypersensitivity tests for candida and absence of T lymphocyte responses to Candida antigens.
Diagnosis:
The presence of low urinary urine levels, low serum serum, and low serotonin level of biodynides confirm the diagnosis.
Treatment:
Treatment with botulinum 5 10 mg / day is very effective but blindness and deafness caused by untreated disease for a long time may not cure.
