If the pt come with elbow in flexion A.P projection must be.. with forearm parallel &arm contact to the film

If the pt come with elbow in flexion A.P projection must be:
a\ with arm parallel & forearm contact to the film.
b\ with forearm parallel &arm contact to the film.
c\ we can’t do A.P.
d\ we try to extend the elbow.
