Can you see an AIDS patient outer appearance?.. Laboratory tests and some of the symptoms only confirms infection syndrome

 Can not figure out an AIDS patient external appearance.
Laboratory tests (HIV tests) and some of the symptoms only confirms infection syndrome.
But otherwise the patient appears in full health.
