Bone changes, endocrine disorders and gastrointestinal manifestations of Von Recklen Hausen's disease

Bone changes:
- Spinal curvature occurs in 2% of cases and early onset leads to heart and respiratory diseases, unless surgery is performed.
- Bleaching bones when they are present, they cause congenital defects in renal tubes. Arthrosis affects the tibia and the cavern.
