Breathing and energy

Breathing plays a big role in generating great physical energy. A person can live without food or drink for days but can not tolerate breathing for more than 5 minutes at the latest.
We must note that most of us do not know the proper way to breathe and most people use less than a third of the capacity of the lungs to deny, although the air is free and God made us everywhere. Many mental and physical exercises such as yoga, meditation, karate and swimming have relied on breathing power. Proper breathing cleans the body more effectively 15 times than normal.
I will remind you of the types of breathing and its use, according to Dr. Ibrahim al-Feki when talking about the keys to success, where he says:
The first type of breathing is: Respiratory breathing:
This method of breathing is the purification of blood cells from any impurities that can cause blockage, and to access this method of breathing you can do the following:
Inhale from nose until count 4 and fill the lungs with air.
Keep the air inside Khusum even counting 10 . (Meaning the number of your fingers up to ten of course in yourself).
Air deflate slowly from the mouth even count five .
Repeat the exercise so as to increase the length of air retention within the body and always drain in half the time ... For example, if you keep the air until the count 12, you should slowly emptying the count 6 and so on.
The second type of respiration is breathing for power generation:
Inhaled from nose until count.
Branch Air From Mouth Until Count 4 Like you are turning off a candle.
Arise, and repeat this exercise 10 times .
You should exercise at least three times a day (in the morning, midday, and at night) until you become your physical life and observe your energy level. Do this exercise properly and enjoy a huge amount of energy. Complete your work in your life.
