Olive fruits are rich in oil and, as is known, oil is made up of fatty acids (Fatty Acids) and glycerol (Glycerol).

In oil analysis it was found to contain the following fatty acids:
Oleic Acid

And olive oil, is the only oil that was known and famous in the previous days in the Arab region when they mention oil, they mean olive oil.
