Fertilization of an abnormal egg (xx + 22) in an adult animal (22 + Y) The chromosome structure of the resulting fetus (44 + XXY) becomes an abnormal male.
Excessive chromosome (X) leads to sexual hormone imbalance because the female genes on the X chromosome express themselves to some degree.
Symptoms:
- Abnormal male due to the absence of sperm cells.
- The appearance of some female qualities such as breast size growth.
Mental retardation.
- Tall height and growth of limbs over normal growth.
