Olive oil must be subject to refining to be suitable for consumption and classified according to the following grades:
Olive oil: Lambantan oil (lamp oil): Olive oil with a defective taste or oil that exceeds its acid expressed by oleic acid 3.3%.
B - refined olive oil (pure refined olive oil): Olive oil extracted by refining olive oil Alkrid and acidity expressed by oleic acid 0.3% in every 100 grams of oil maximum.
