Naloxone hydrochloride.. EFFECTIVE ANTI - INFLAMMATORY EFFECT OF OPIOUNICS AFTER ANESTHESIS. Overdose of opioids

Naloxone hydrochloride:
Injection (solution for injection), naloxone hydrochloride 400 micrograms per ml, ampoule 1 ml.
Uses: Antiphospholipidative effect of opioids during anesthesia; overdose of opioids.
Precautions: dependence on opioids; cardiovascular disease.
Dosage:
Respiratory inactivity caused by opioids, by intravenous injection, ADULT 100-200 μg, repeated every 2-3 minutes to obtain the required response; the child initially 10 μg / kg, if no response followed by 100 μg / kg.
Respiratory depression caused by opioids at birth, by subcutaneous injection, intramuscular injection or intravenous injection, neonatal 10 μg / kg immediately after birth.
Adverse effects: nausea and vomiting; hyperactivity or hypotension; lower ventricular failure; pulmonary edema; seizures; arrhythmias such as ventricular tachycardia or defibrillation, especially in previously existing heart disease.
