Conditions of medical surgery.. The patient's need for surgery and availability in the surgeon and likely to succeed in surgery

The ruling on the permissibility of medical surgery is limited by the terms referred to by the jurists and are derived from the fundamentals of Shari'a and its rules and are limited to the following eight conditions:
The first condition is that the surgery should be lawful. It is not permissible for the patient to ask for the surgery or for the doctor to answer it until after the surgery is authorized by the law, because the body belongs to God. God is the King of the heavens and the earth. Real, and surgery of which the project is prohibited as his statement will come.
Condition 2: The patient needs surgery:
That is to fear the loss of himself or damage a member of his body or without it as a pain relief,
The third condition is that the patient or his guardian authorize the surgery. If the patient refuses, even if he is suffering, the doctor may not perform the surgery until he is authorized to do so.
The fourth condition: to be available in the surgeon:
If he is ignorant of the college as if he is outside his jurisdiction or ignorant of one another, he is forbidden to do it, and if he is ignorant of him as the offender who is the aggressor, The forbidden body is cut and injured.
The fifth condition: to assume that the surgeon believes the success of surgery:
In the sense that the success rate of the process and the survival of the patient from the dangers greater than the rate of failure and loss, if he thought that the loss of the patient because of it, it is not permissible to do.
The sixth condition: There is no alternative that is less harmful than surgery: drugs and medicines, if the alternative is necessary to self-maintenance of the lives of people and their bodies so as not to be exposed to the risks of surgery and its damage and problems such as peptic ulcer in the beginning is treated with drugs, which has recently proven its impact on the ulcer and the most successful treatments and reported .
However, if the drug is more dangerous and harmful and does not benefit in the treatment or elimination of the disease, it is not considered positive for the discharge of the operation of some of the neurological diseases where the patient can be treated with sedative drugs, but does not benefit the disappearance of the disease and may cause addiction and the presence of the alternative on this face and lack thereof.
The seventh condition: that the interest in the operation of surgery:
But the surgery began in favor of the bodies and pay harm to the dams. If these interests were lost and there was only harm, then the legitimate reason for the license is no longer valid and remains on the basis of the sanctity. For example, this is surgery for the removal of the warts with surgical parts or tissue. It is medically proven that the warts do not disappear surgically, The act of cutting and lacerating ends with the injured to severe consequences and damage from bacterial infection and scars the location of the surgery.
In this interest should be of the kind of interests that saw sharia as a deliberate interest, but based on passion as a surgery to change sex is not permissible to do not to consider the law.
The eighth condition: that the action does not result in more harm than the harm of the disease:
Such as acute dorsal sphincter surgery, in which most of them end in paraplegia, the doctor must compare the results of the surgery with the harms of the disease. If the surgical malpractice is greater than the malpractices of the disease, surgery is prohibited, because the law does not permit damage to the type or severity, If the opposite is true.
