a. Loss of ankle jerk
b. Fasciculation of posterior calf muscles.
c. Loss of Dorsiflexion compartment of the foot.
d. Loss of the sensation of the groin and anterior aspect of the thigh.
It depends on the level of prolapse; answer (a) is consistent with prolapse at the level of S1-S2, while answer (c), for example, is consistent with prolapse at the level of L4-L5.
