Unilateral swelling + slowly progressing Lesion on the Left side of the mandible. This could be:

a- Osteoma.

b- Cementoblastoma.

c- Ossifying Fibroma. ***

d- Osteo-sarcom.

The ossifying fibroma is a slow growing ,expansile lesion that is usually a symptomatic.
