Many accidents can be avoided if we follow some of the necessary precautions:
A) - related to muscles and tendons:
- The necessary and complete heating before each summer quota.
- Wear sportswear during heating during cold time.
- Correct and complete hydration (1.5 to 2 liters per day).
- The use of extensions continuously during training.
- Good protein nutrition.
B) Health control:
- Use of gaskets and seals.
- Permanent dental monitoring.
- Constant vaccination against tetanus (vaccination every 5 years).
C) - Hygiene:
- Correct recovery of the forces (training or competition) to sleep long enough.
- Avoid smoking and abuse of all types of alcohol.
  D) - After work:
- Take a hot bath.
- Use of marseille soap for the body.
- Complete change of clothes (internal and external).
E) Regarding the selection and maintenance of clothing:
- Washing underwear, socks and drying with hot iron.
- Avoid wearing underwear and socks made of nilon and ascetic.
 F) - relating to legs:
- Prevent walking with bare feet in the places of change to avoid the transfer of germs and dirt.
- Trim the toenails.
- Carry sport socks and stockings for everyday walking in a fresh and clean condition.
J) - Foot level:
- Using winders during competition.
- Permanent monitoring of the muscles and stability of the articular to reduce the sprains.
