Diabetes and aspirin.. Primary prevention to prevent first heart attack and stroke first

The low-dose aspirin is appropriate in order to prevent a heart attack the first and the first stroke (or in other words, primary prophylaxis) for each of: 1- diabetics who have an increase in vulnerability to a disease of the circulatory system and the heart, and ratio is determined prone to heart disease and circulatory system calculates the number to determine the percentage of vulnerable to heart disease, using several equations are calculated by the treating physician, where they are taking into account the patient's age,
and blood pressure, and smoking .... And others. If percentage was calculated and the incidence of heart attack in 10 years is 10% or more should be given to aspirin in this case.
2 - All men who have attained the age of 50 years or older and people with diabetes and have one or more of the factors that lead to diseases of the circulatory system and the heart (such as injury one family problem of the heart or circulatory system, smoking, increased fat in blood, and high blood pressure, diabetes or kidney).
3 - all women who have attained the age of 60 years or greater. And women with diabetes have one or more of the factors that lead to diseases of the circulatory system and the heart (such as an injury problem of family members in the heart or circulatory system, smoking, increased blood fats, high blood pressure, diabetes or kidney).
Important note:   Men with diabetes and those aged less than 50 years old and women with diabetes and who aged less than 60 years old do not need to aspirin when there is no one factor leading to diseases of the circulatory system and the heart like (such as injury one family problem of the heart or circulatory system, smoking, increase blood fats, high blood pressure, diabetes or kidney), because the incidence of complications as a result of the use of aspirin (Such as bleeding the brain and bleeding through Digestive), believed to be more than the potential benefit of aspirin prophylaxis preliminary.
Important Note: With attention here to talk about primary prevention. Because aspirin is very important for people with diabetes secondary prophylaxis (ie, all people with diabetes and quality, regardless of age and who have a heart attack in the past or stroke in the past, they MUST secondary use of aspirin as a precaution).
