Drug Janovia to treat diabetes.. Treatment Islets of Langerhans in the pancreas and Responsible on insulin secretion. Does not lead to a drop in blood sugar

Some patients ask medication Januvia, and what are its advantages? In fact medicine Januvia is one of the drugs among a group of drugs to treat the disease (type II diabetes) and this group known as the Group (anti-DDT BP-4), in fact, began use of Januvia drug since 2006 in developed countries, it in Libya does not use this medicine widely because the Libyan state are brought here for their citizens free (unfortunately). But it exists in pharmacies, but the price is very expensive as exceed one hundred dinars a month (about $ 100 per month). In any case we will seek to convince the decision-makers of the need to bring this drug free for people with type II diabetes. But the question is why this drug is important?
Answer: There are some features may not be available in any other group of drugs to treat type II diabetes and these features are:
1 - does not lead to a drop in blood sugar when used unless the patient is taking other drugs to treat diabetes and causing hypoglycemia such as Sulphonylureas group (like downel, and claiboral) or insulin.
2 - does not increase body weight, and unlike most drugs that increase the weight body like Sulphonylureas and most types of insulin.
3 - can modify the dose given to people with diabetes and those who have the disorder in the function of the kidneys.
4 - The medicine Januvia safe and has no serious side effects.
5 - There is something about this group of drugs that belongs drug Januvia is
that in laboratory experiments on mice there was a save (and recovery relative) to islets of Langerhans and this effect is very important on Islets of Langerhans in the pancreas and Responsible to secrete insulin. But this is not confirmed in human due to the difficulty of taking a sample from the pancreas of diabetics.
So when can a doctor diabetes obtained medicine Januvia to be used for patients with type II diabetes (free of charge) those in need. I hope that it will be soon.
