Definition of torsion:
Is the exit of the articular aspects of the normal limits of movement and rapid return, causing severe tightening of articular ligaments resulting in partial or total fracture in the ligaments.
The most common joints are ankles and wrists where the swelling is clear and the pain is severe for the slightest movement.
Ambulance:
Apply a piece of cloth dampened with cold water around the injured joint, connect the joint with a pressure belt to reduce the swelling, lift the joint up and transfer the patient to the hospital.
