In lumbar disc prolapse at L4-L5 the patient will have:
a) Pain at groin & front of thigh
b) Hypoesthesia around the knee
c) Weakness of dorsiflextion of foot
d) Absent ankle reflex
e) Fasciculation at calf muscle.
