Aniseic acid (CH3. O. C6H4. COOH).
Aniseic aldehyde oxidation of etholic and aromatic anise seed oil, which is a colorless crystal with a mild odor of ethanol, is used as a disinfectant and for medical purposes and in the manufacture of dyes.
