Treatment of soft tissue sarcoma:
1. Chemotherapy
2. Radiotherapy
3. Surgery ***
4. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
1st choice is "surgery" if cannot remove all use radiotherapy, in other cases if cannot make surgery or large in size we need to make both radiotherapy & chemotherapy.
