Sensitization.. Sensory response to people with genetic predisposition to allergies

Sensitization:
1. In a natural person, exposure to the B-stimulating agent is caused by the presence of IgE antibodies in very small amounts, but in people with genetic susceptibility, allergens respond to the formation of high levels of IgE.
2. IgE production is controlled and controlled by Th2. These cells produce IL-4, the primary promoter of the IgG-induced IgG transition to IgE as well as IL-13, resulting in the production of large quantities of IgE-specific allergens.
3. IgE antibody is established on the surface of mast cells and basal cells by the Fc molecule, which is associated with its receptors on the surface of these cells. Therefore, the first exposure causes the sensor to sensitize these cells.
